Patricia Ann Hurlbert, 64, longtime area resident, died Monday, November 7, 2011, at the Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland. She was born February 4, 1947 in Rushville, Nebraska to Albert and Isabelle (Miller) Thomas. Patricia enjoyed cooking, sewing, the outdoors and especially enjoyed being with her grandchildren. Survivors include her three sons, Scott Lanz of Fort Morgan, Stacy Lanz (Melody) of Evans, Spencer Hurlbert (Dawn) of 29 Palms, CA; One daughter, Sheri Lanz of Greeley; two sisters, Phyllis Yoder of Kansas, Debbie Parks of Casper Wyoming; Eleven grandchildren, Alan Lanz, Trista Lanz, Adrian Lanz, Kris Lanz, Korissa Lanz, Tony Hurlbert, Lexa Hurlbert, Joanne Lanz, Jamie Lanz, and Joy Lanz. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Francis Forster. A Graveside service will be held on December 6, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Memory Gardens in Fort Morgan.
