Obituary

Patsy Lynne Koehler, 83, lifelong area resident, passed away suddenly on Friday, August 31, 2018 at the North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.

She was born April 19, 1935 in Wyoming, Michigan, to Clinton and Evelyn (Henderson) Rogers.

The family moved to Colorado in 1944 and to Fort Morgan in 1949.

Patsy graduated from Fort Morgan High School in 1954.

She married Benjamin Koehler on January 31, 1960 and they made their home in Fort Morgan.

Patsy worked as a dental assistant and receptionist for Dr. Roy

Sugihara for 32 years and retired in 2001.

She liked to dance, bowl, do crafts, and take trips to Black Hawk with her friends.

Patsy loved her family and they were very important to her, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include children Pamela K. Schreiner (Harold) of Log Lane Village, and Victor B. Koehler of Fort Morgan, sister in-law Ruby Rogers, who lives in Utah, grandchildren, Shelly Schreiner Harvey (Wesley), Mark Schreiner, and Melissa Schreiner, great grandchildren, Mercedez Schreiner, Thomas Matson, Trent Goad, Shaedyn Schreiner, Ashion Hradecky, Colten Schreiner, Skylar Harvey and Daelyn Schreiner.

Patsy was preceded in death by her husband Benjamin, brother Bruce Rogers and her parents.

Memorial Services will be Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 11:00 am at the Immanuel Congregational Church in Brush. Services will conclude at the church.

Memorial gifts may be made to Donor Alliance or to Children's Hospital in Aurora.
