Paul M. Daniels, 67, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017, at his home in Sterling. He was born December 11, 1949, in Englewood, CO to Virgil L. & Frances Daniels.

After graduating from Englewood High School, Paul joined the US Army. Following his honorable discharge, Paul moved to Brush. He worked at several jobs over his working career.

Paul enjoyed hunting & fishing and spending time with his neighbors & friends. His favorite activity was spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his children, Rosa (Byron) Edwards of Hillrose and Matt (Sherry) Cooper of Brush; 2 sisters, Donna (Tom) Krol of Centennial, CO and Barbara (Gary) Harrison of Brush; 2 brothers, Harvey Daniels of Brush and Dale (Rebecca) Daniels of Grand Junction, CO; his 6 grandchildren, Angel (Brandon), Lexi, Ashton, Aidan, Emma and Jake; and a special friend, Glenna Newport of Brush.

A memorial service will be held at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Brush on Friday, March 17, 2017, at 10:30 AM. Military honors will be presented by the US Army Honor Guard and the American Legion #69 / VFW #3551 Honor Guard. The service will conclude at the Mortuary.
