PAUL H. FRICK, 83, of Fort Morgan, died Monday morning, April 5, 2010 at the Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center in Brush. He was born February 19, 1927 in Fort Morgan to Jacob & Marie (Scheidt) Frick. He served in Guam in the U.S. Navy during WW II. Paul married Joan Masters on October 19, 1953 in Brighton. Paul drove a milk truck for the majority of his working years. He was a life member of the VFW Post #2551 and the BPOE Lodge #1143. Paul was an avid Bronco's fan and in his younger years he was an avid bowler. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards and cribbage, and gardening. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Joan Frick of Fort Morgan; his daughter, Barbara Gorrell and her husband Bryan of Brush; his brother, Donald Frick of Fort Morgan; his grandson, Jay Wilson and his wife Samantha of Tucson, AZ; his granddaughter, Jenni Uhrick and her husband Donny of Wiggins; and his step grandson, Matthew Gorrell and his wife Alison of Oak Harbor, WA. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; J.R. Kolman, Tucker Kolman, Dakota Kolman, Shelbi Miller, Kannon Wilson, Tyler Messinger, and Wyatt Gorrell, and numerous nieces and nephews. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, six sisters, and one brother. A memorial service will be Thursday, April 8th at 11:00 at the Heer & Dahl Mortuary Chapel in Fort Morgan.
