Obituary

Paul Owen VonLoh 71 died Monday, September 17, 2007 of cancer at the Parkmoor Village Health Care Center in Colorado Springs. He was born April 3, 1936 in Smithfield, Nebraska to William and Julia VonLoh. Paul's family moved from Nebraska to Northeastern Colorado in 1941, Most of his childhood and young adult years were spent in Wiggins. Paul served in the U.S. Army from 1958 – 1960. After his service he began a career with Gardner Construction Company building bridges on I-25 throughout Colorado and into Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he lived for many years. He moved to Colorado Springs in May 2007. Paul is survived by six brothers, Allen and wife Margy Von Loh of Colorado Springs, and Willis and wife Gayle Von Loh of Greeley, Ray and wife Judy VonLoh and Ron VonLoh all of Wiggins, George and wife Faye VonLoh of Faulkville, Alabama and Jim and wife Janice Von Loh of Parker, one sister, Ellen Swenson and husband David of Halliday, North Dakota. Paul is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and his wife Margaret's daughters, Linda, Lorrie and Romona. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Margaret, his brother, Faye and an infant brother. There will be a visitation on Friday, September 21, 2007 at 1:00 PM at the Heer & Jolliffe Mortuary in Ft. Morgan. Funeral Services will be Friday, September 21, 2007 at 2:00 PM at the Heer & Jolliffe Mortuary Chapel in Ft. Morgan. Services will conclude at the Chapel. Private Interment will be in Memory Gardens in Ft. Morgan. The Heer & Jolliffe Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements
