Pauline R. Olson, 95, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2009, at the Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan. She was born January 30, 1914, to Harry & Mary Cowell, in Peru, Nebraska On August 30, 1936, Pauline married Forrest Olson in Peru, NE. The Olson's lived in Texas for many years. While living in Harlingen, TX, she was a member of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. Before her health began to fail, Pauline enjoyed walking and oil painting. She moved to Fort Morgan to be closer to her family. Survivors include 2 sons, Ricky of Fort Morgan, and Lowell of Freeport, IL; 1 sister, Roberta Gerber of Columbus, NE; 7 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, 1 daughter, Sandra Carter, 1 granddaughter, 1 sister, 2 brothers, and her parents. At Pauline's request, no service will be held. The Heer & Dahl Mortuaries & Crematory are entrusted with the cremation arrangements.
