Pauline E. Prascher, 91, former North Platte, NE, resident, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2008, at the Medical Center of Arlington, in Arlington, TX. She was born September 14, 1917, in Brady, NE, to Frederick and Irene Haines. In 1937, Pauline married Hubert Prascher in North Platte, NE. In 1952, the Prascher family moved to North Platte where they owned and operated the Deluxe Cash Market Grocery Store in North Platte for many years. Pauline was very active in the Calvary Assembly of God Church in North Platte. Many of her activities were centered around the church. She had many friends and was very outgoing. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In 2001, Pauline moved to Arlington, TX to be closer to her daughter and her family. Survivors include 2 children, Ronald Prascher of Brush, CO, and Paula Borron of Arlington, TX; 4 grandchildren, Dan Prascher, Mirrelle Prascher-Whitelock, Delbert Borron and Shelley Borron; and 4 great grandchildren, Rylie Whitelock, Ashley, Brittani, and Kaitlin Borron. A celebration service will be held Tuesday, November 25, 2008, at the Calvary Assembly of God Church in North Platte, NE. at 11:00 AM (CST). Inurnment will follow in Floral Lawn Cemetery in North Platte. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to the Heer Mortuary & Crematory in Brush, CO.
