Ramon Barron, 62, passed away suddenly Wednesday, January 4, 2012, at his home near Snyder. He was born November 20, 1949, in Mexico to Jesse & Santos Barron. Ramon married Barbara Espinoza in 1977 in Denver. In the early 1990's the Barron's moved to a farm near Snyder, CO. Ramon enjoyed working with his farm animals, making string cheese, going to rodeos and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Barbara; 5 children, Jose of Snyder, Tracey and Vaness, both of Denver, Ramona and Salvador, both of Mexico; 4 brothers, Rafael, Guadalupe, Anotonio, and Manuel; 3 sisters, Francisca, Carolina, and Gabriela; and 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, January 10, 2012, at 11:00 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Brush. Interment will follow in the Brush Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Heer & Dahl Mortuary Chapel on Monday from 1 - 6 PM.
