Randall Lee McCracken, 46 Lifelong area resident died Wednesday, September 26, 2007 in Merino. He was born December 30, 1960 in Ft. Morgan. His parents are the late Bud McCracken and Hazle (Parker) McCracken. Randy was a member of the United Methodist Church in Ft. Morgan. McCracken had a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at the time of his death was working for Wisdom Industries in Merino where he had designed different things for the carnival rides Wisdom Industries manufactures. Survivors include his Mother, Hazle McCracken of Ft. Morgan, two brothers, Perry Roberts of Ft. Morgan and Robin Hotchkiss of Log Lane Village and one sister, Jody Piercy of Log Lane Village, five nieces, one nephew and one great niece. Randy was preceded in death by his father, Bud McCracken, one nephew and one sister, Donna Maxine Hotchkiss. Visitation will be Monday, October 1, 2007 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at 10:00 AM at Memory Gardens in Ft. Morgan. Interment will follow the services. Memorial gifts may be made in Randall's name in care of the Heer & Jolliffe Mortuary in Ft. Morgan. The Heer & Jolliffe Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.
