Raymond J. Baltazar, 74, of Wiggins, died Friday afternoon at his home in Wiggins. He was born March 15, 1932 in Pueblo to Gonzalo and Maria Baltazar. Raymond served in the U.S. Air Force from 1951 to 1955. He married Inez Torrez July 8, 1959 in Pomona, CA. Raymond a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather farmed and ranched for 40 years in Hillrose, Fort Morgan, and Wiggins, He made member of the Western Sugar President's Quality Club for four years, He served on the FHA Board for Morgan County for eight years, and was dedicated to his three son's and grandson's wrestling careers and the entire Wiggins wrestling team for numerous years. Raymond is survived by his wife Inez of Wiggins, Three sons and their families, Ray and wife Linda, and their children Vanessa, Corina, Karla and Julia, all of Wiggins, Mark and wife Sandra, and their children Marcus, Lindsey, and Lindsey's son Cody, all of Littleton, and Ron and his partner Laura of Denver, Brothers and sisters, Anthony Baltazar, Gilbert Baltazar, Anita Baltazar, and Bob Baltazar all of Ft. Morgan, Terry Brown of Greeley, Anna O'Toole of Upland, CA, Dora Simms of Cameron Park, CA, Nick Baltazar of Evans, and Jr Baltazar of Denver. He was preceded in death by brothers, Jimmy, Joe, Eddie, and Baby Joe, one sister, Aurora, and his parents. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-7pm with a Rosary vigil to start at 7pm at the Heer & Jolliffe Mortuary Chapel in Ft. Morgan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 am at Our Lady Of Lourdes Catholic Church in Wiggins, Interment will follow in the Memory Gardens Cemetery in Ft. Morgan. The V.F.W.
