Raymond E. Harbert, 77, passed away Friday, May 3, 2019, at his home in Brush.  He was born October 4, 1941, in Brush to Don & Ruth Harbert.

On September 3, 1961, Raymond married Nancy Claflin in Brush.  They lived in the Idalia community for several years before moving back to Morgan County.  Raymond's favorite past time was playing his guitar.  He also enjoyed going to coffee with family & friends.

Survivors include his 3 sons:  Dean (Gigi) of Thornton, CO; Scott of Aurora, CO; and Chuck (Kim) of Brush, CO;  2 sisters:  Elsie Harding of Golden Valley, AZ and Jeannie Kiel of Fort Collins, CO; and 2 grandchildren:  Joshua and Jessica (Greg) Carroll.  He was preceded in death by his wife, 2 brothers: Dale and Donald; and his parents.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 9, 2019, at 11:00 AM at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Brush.  Interment will follow in the Brush Memorial Cemetery.  Visitation will be at the Heer Chapel on Wednesday, May 8 from 5 – 7 PM.
