REBECCA CISNEROS, 51, of Fort Morgan, died late Sunday, January 20, 2008 at Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan. She was born August 26, 1956 in Post, Texas to Francisco & Carmen (Garza) Cisneros. She moved to Fort Morgan from Scottsbluff, Nebraska nearly 16 years ago. Miss. Cisneros was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Fort Morgan. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, reading, and watching sports. Survivors include her mother, Carmen Cisneros of Fort Morgan; three sisters, Val Moreno, of Fort Morgan, Connie Blanco of Mitchell, NE, and Josie Cisneros of Scottsbluff, NE; and four brothers, Willie Cisneros of Garden City, KS, Tony Cisneros of Colorado Springs, CO, and Lorenzo Cisneros and Ben Cisneros both of San Antonio, TX. She was preceded in death by three brothers; Francisco Cisneros Jr., Pablito Cisneros, and Ray Cisneros; one sisters, Janie Cisneros; and her father, Francisco Cisneros. A memorial service will be Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at 5:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 18918 County Road 16, Fort Morgan, CO. Services will conclude at the Kingdom Hall. Private Inurnment will be held at a later date. There has been cremation. The Heer & Jolliffe Mortuary in Fort Morgan was in charge of cremation arrangements.
