Richard Leroy Roatch, 72, of Ft. Morgan, died Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at the North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley. Richard was born January 16, 1940 in Denver to Howard and Harriet (Johnson) Roatch. He married Marilyn Billington on February 29, 1980 in Denver. They moved to Fort Morgan from Arvada in 1998. Richard was a member of the American Legion. Working was his hobby. He also enjoyed doing construction and used this skill by building the garage on their house. Survivors include his wife, Marilyn of Fort Morgan, one daughter; Sheila Kalcevic and husband Bob of Broomfield, three stepchildren; Cindy Mangialomini of Lakewood, Tracy Spence and wife Sherri of Evergreen, Jeff Spence of Englewood, one sister; Patricia Cardenas of Arvada, three brothers; Lloyd Roatch and wife Sharon of Kansas City, KS, Mike Roatch and wife Shirley of Arvada, Tom Roatch and wife Brenda of Lakewood, eleven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Theresa Roatch. Visitation will be Thursday, August 30, 2012 from 5 until 8 pm at the Heer & Dahl Mortuary in Fort Morgan. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, August 31, 2012 at 10:30 am at Saint Helena's Catholic Church in Fort Morgan. Inurnment will be in the Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Denver. Friends who wish may make memorial gifts to the Weldon Valley High School C/O Heer & Dahl Mortuary in Ft. Morgan. The Heer & Dahl Mortuary in Ft. Morgan is in charge of the arrangements
