Richard Irvin Shinker's Obituary
Richard Irvin Shinker passed away at home February 13, 2024. He is preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and Verla Shinker; and his brother, Dana Shinker. He is survived by two nephews, Ed and William Shinker; and sister-in-law, Lisa Villarreal Shinker. Memorial Services will be held May 25, at Muir Springs at 11:00 AM.
