Rickie Allen Weimer, 61, Brush resident dies Sunday morning at his home in Brush. He was born July 25, 2948 in Brush to Samuel and Ginger Weimer. He married Susan Reidle July 8, 1967 in Brush. He was a real estate appraiser for many years, and also worked with his son Kirk installing security systems. Rickie was a life member of the VFW in Ft. Morgan and past president of the Morning Optimist Club. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, golfing. He especially enjoyed helping his son coach little league football and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Susan of Brush, his father Samuel Weimer of Brush, one sister Deborah England of Brush, and one Brother Christopher Weimer of Sterling, and 2 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Kirk, one sister Connie Denner and his mother. A visitation will be held on Thursday 6-7 pm at the Heer & Dahl Mortuary in Brush. A memorial service will be held on Friday at 10:30 am at the Calvary Assembly Church in Brush. Inurnment will follow in the Brush Memorial Cemetery.
