Robert Joe Daniels Jr. (Bobby Joe) passed away unexpectedly in the early hours of January 6, 2017 surrounded by loved ones.  Bobby Joe was born to Robert Joe Sr. and Mona Mae Daniels on December 17, 1959 in Fort Morgan, Colorado.  Bobby Joe is survived by his children Kyle Daniels and Brandi Rodriguez and her family, along with their mother Kim Warner, all of Fort Morgan.  He is also survived by his three sisters; Robin Chabot of Chickasha, Oklahoma and her husband Bob, Tammy Sperry of Fort Morgan and her husband Donny, and Christie Holmes of Fort Morgan and her husband Bill.  He is also survived by a sister in law Diane Daniels of Troy, Missouri.  He has numerous nieces and nephews who will carry on a piece of him as well.  Bobby Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Mona, along with his older brother Rusty Daniels.

Bobby Joe loved to be outdoors, some of the activities that he loved were watching his son play sports, fishing, going on long walks, tubing down the river, painting, and drawing.  Bobby Joe also had a love for the oil field; he worked in the oil field for most of his adult life and would have given anything to get back into it.  Bobby Joe graduated from Fort Morgan High school in 1978 and then shortly after enlisted in the US Navy.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday January 11, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at the First Christian Church in Fort Morgan, Colorado.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations please be made out the Heer Mortuary in Bobby Joe's name.
