On Oct. 20th, 2023, Robert "Bob" Jerry Greer, Sr., 83 of Perris, CA peacefully passed away from his battle of (AML) Leukemia.

He was born Nov. 5, 1940, to Jess and Christine (Nolan) Greer in Flint, MI. He was the 6th of their 12 children. He attended school in Vassar, MI and after graduation, enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. With the Marines, he ended up in Southern CA where he met his love, Bea (Stoecker) and they were married in March 1962.

They were married for 61 years and were blessed with 4 children, 2 daughters and 2 sons, as well as 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Bea and their 4 children, daughter, Donna and her husband, Rob Araujo, of Brush, CO., daughter, Roberta and her companion, Jaime Chavez, of Perris, CA., son, Rob Jr. and his wife Michele, of La Quinta, CA., and youngest son, Michael, of UT.  As well as his brother, Dan Greer (wife, Marie) sister, Stella Smeaton of Birch Run, MI., sister, Marsha Laughlin of Springdale, AR. and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jess & Christine Greer, and 8 of his brothers and sisters.

Graveside services will be held at Riverside National Cemetery (22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA) on Fri. Nov. 17th @ 11:15am
