Robert Dewain Miller, 66, lifelong area resident, died Sunday, May 25, 2008, in Fort Morgan. Robert was born October 12, 1941 in Ft. Morgan to William and Clara (Fritz) Miller. He enjoyed watching baseball, traveling and gardening. Robert once rode his bicycle from Ft. Morgan to Mexico City, Mexico. Robert was a good friend and neighbor and helped the people in his neighborhood by watching their houses when they were gone or by taking care of their gardens and mowing their lawns. Survivors include two brothers, Harold Miller of Kiowa, Colorado and William J. "Jr." Miller of Lafayette, Colorado, two sisters, Vivian Hergenreder of Commerce City, Colorado and Gladys Davis of Ft. Collins, Colorado and numerous nieces and nephews. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Betty Babcock and a sister that died in infancy. Memorial Services will be Saturday, June 7, 2008 at 1:00 PM at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Ft. Morgan. Inurnment will follow in Serenity Falls Columbarium.
