Roberta Spomer , 48, of Wiggins died Tuesday morning at her home in Wiggins. She was born February 1, 1959 in Ft. Morgan to Robert and Carol Spomer . She enjoyed reading, taking care of animals, painting and embroidering. Survivors include her life long partner Cliff Shutts of Wiggins, her son Michael Akerlund of Mesa, AZ, one sister Pamela Babcock, her parents Robert and Carol, and her grandmother Ruth Haber all of Ft. Morgan. She was preceded in death by two brothers, James Allen Spomer and Michael James Spomer, and her grandparents Harry Haber, and Marie Spomer. A Memorial service will be held on Friday January 11, 2008 at 1:30 pm at the Heer & Jolliffe Mortuary Chapel in Ft. Morgan. The services will conclude at the chapel.
