Rocky M. Perez, 25, died October 11, 2010, at the Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan. He was born October 10, 1985, in Fort Morgan, to Manual & Clara Perez. At the time of his death, Rocky worked in the construction business as a roofer. Rocky attended the Platte Valley Baptist Church. He enjoyed basketball, boxing, working hard, and spending time with his family, especially his children. Rocky will be remembered as a man who had a smile that lasted a life time. Survivors include his parents, Manuel "Jr" and Clara Perez of Hillrose; 2 sons, Rocky Severio Perez and Victor Perez; 3 brothers, Felix Ortega, Casey Perez, and Sammy Perez and 1 sister, Ashley Perez all of Fort Morgan, his grandparents, Saba & Mary Ortega and Manuel & Margaret Perez. He was preceded in death by 1 son, Isaiah Perez. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at 2:00 PM at Life Fellowship, 17723 MCR 20 in Fort Morgan. The service will conclude at the church. Visitation will be at the Heer & Dahl Mortuary Chapel in Fort Morgan Tuesday 10 – 1 PM. Interment will be in Memory Gardens
