Ruth Martinez, 86, Fort Morgan resident, died on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan. She was born May 7, 1928 to Juan & Juana (Trujillo) Alonzo. Ruth is survived by her daughters; Isabel Riley of North Platte, NE, Mary Ellen Padilla of Brush, Donna Bailey of Anderson, AK; 7 sisters, Ethel Martinez, Lena Alonzo, Nancy Araujo, all of Fort Morgan, Susan Ayala of Fort Collins, Clara Szczuroski of McAllen, TX, Hope Reyez of Greeley, Esther Paim of Paso Robles, CA and 4 grandchildren. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Felix; 3 brothers, Pete, Joe and Richard Alonzo and 2 sisters, Isabel Godino and Mary Patterson. A Rosary will be held on Monday, February 16, 2015 at 7 PM at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Fort Morgan.
