Samuel Baltazar's Obituary
Samuel Diego Baltazar, 29, of Fort Morgan, died Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Denver.
He was born in Los Angeles, CA on January 26, 1986 to Diego & Guadalupe Baltazar. The family moved to Fort Morgan in 1995.
Samuel was a great guy, always a listening ear for other people. He was a typical jokester, wanting to make others laugh and smile. His family was important to him, especially his wife, children, and nieces and nephews. Samuel loved fishing, shooting guns, playing cards, and weightlifting.
He is survived by his wife, Laurita Lucena-Baltazar; his children, Samuel Caleb Baltazar and Skyler Marie Baltazar; and his parents, Diego & Guadalupe Baltazar, all of Fort Morgan; his siblings, Pedro Baltazar, Josúe Baltazar, and Suri Baltazar, all of Fort Morgan, and Emiliano Tomas of Los Angeles, CA.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Maria Juan.
A private service will be held with Interment in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Fort Morgan.
