Scott McClintock, 58, passed away Thursday, December 31, 2009, at the Valley View Villa Nursing Home in Fort Morgan following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born April 5, 1951, in San Francisco, CA, to James & Elizabeth McClintock. Scott was an outstanding musician. He received his undergraduate degree from University of California in Santa Cruz with a music major. He was an outstanding pianist and vocalist. He also enjoyed oil painting. He received his masters degree in theology and prior to ill health forcing his retirement had served as a clergyman in the Unity Church. Survivors include his Father, James McClintock of Brush; 1 sister, Laurie Morris, and her husband, Jerry, of Deer Trail, CO; 1 niece, Gidget Sharp and her children, Tabiatha, and Tyler, and 1 nephew, Chris Morris, and his wife, Georgia. At Scott's request no service will be held. The Heer & Dahl Crematory is entrusted with the cremation arrangements.
