Shannon Renea Davy, 28, of Akron, died Thursday, December 5, 2013, at the North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley. Shannon was injured in a one-vehicle rollover on November 27, near Akron. She was born November 20, 1985, in Anchorage, Alaska to Richard & Rhonda Davy. Shannon has lived in the Akron community since 1997. Shannon graduated from Akron High School in 2004. She had been working as a certified nurse assistant. She was very involved in her children's lives, working with the 4-H program, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and many other activities. Survivors include her Father, Richard Davy, of Lock Haven, PA; her Mother & Step-Father, Carl & Rhonda Belcher of Akron; her children, Laden and Keyandra Sampson and Trey & Morgan Gebauer, all of Akron; her sister, Danielle Davy of Akron; a nephew, Isaac Brown; 3 nieces, Capri Davy, Bayah Brown and Odessa Brown; her grandparents, Richard Nicklas, Pamela Nicklas & Ron & Sharon Davy; her great grandparents, Evangeline Rupert, Robert Davy and Esther Mehring of Akron. Friends who wish may make memorial gifts to the Shannon Davy Memorial Fund c/o Heer Mortuary or to the NCMC Hospitality House in Greeley. Memorial Service will be held at Akron Four Square Church on Tuesday December 10, 2013 at 4:00PM.
