Sherry Amman (Neville), a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on the evening of January 22nd, 2024, at the age of 85. For those who knew her, Sherry was a shining light, known for her infectious kindness, her unwavering support, and her ability to see the good in everyone.

Born in Saint Francis, Kansas on April 1st, 1938, Sherry's childhood was rooted in the warm glow of family. In 1948, she moved with her family to Fort Morgan, Colorado, where her father ran a dairy farm for several years. It was there that Sherry met her eventual husband, Don. Their high school romance blossomed into a loving partnership that would span over six decades.

In 1957, Sherry and Don embarked on their life together as husband and wife. Their union was blessed with three children, Doug, Jill, and Julie, who became the center of their universe. Sherry, a devoted mother, filled their home with warmth, laughter, and unconditional love.

Throughout her life, Sherry remained a steadfast presence in Fort Morgan, building an enduring legacy of kindness and generosity. Her warmth extended beyond her immediate family, encompassing friends, neighbors, and anyone who crossed her path. Whether offering a listening ear, sharing a home-cooked meal, or simply radiating her radiant smile, Sherry made a lasting impact on everyone she met.

Sherry's legacy is etched not only in the hearts of those who knew her but also in the countless small acts of kindness that defined her life. She saw the good in everyone, offering unwavering support and encouragement without asking for anything in return. Her infectious laughter and optimistic spirit could brighten even the gloomiest day.

Sherry leaves behind a loving family, including her husband Don, their three children Doug, Jill, and Julie, six grandchildren, Derrick Amman, Darren Amman, Kayla Amman, Brandon Elliott, Nichole Rodriguez and Zach Schwindt, and six great-grandchildren. While her passing leaves a void in their lives, the memories of her vibrant spirit and boundless love will continue to warm their hearts for generations to come.  She will forever be known as "Grandma Sherry" by the many, many children that she cared for over the years.  She was preceded in death by many beloved family member and friends.
