Shirley M. Taylor, 76, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015, at her home. She was born May 1, 1939, in Gilcrest, CO to Edward & Esther Weinmeister. On June 14, 1957, Shirley married Robert Taylor in Greeley, CO. They moved to the Morgan area in 1971. She was a member of Eastern Star in Cortez, CO. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, traveling, camping, fishing and watching baseball games. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids and great-grandkids. She took pride in keeping a beautiful home. Shirley is survived by her husband Robert; three children, Mark Taylor of Fort Morgan, Shelly (George) Rosacker of Casper, WY and Scott (Debbie) Taylor of Fort Collins, CO; one sister, Kathy (Randy) Hendricks of Ogalla, NE; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held at the Heer Mortuary Chapel on October 16, 2015 at 10:00 AM. The service will conclude the chapel. Arrangements are entrusted to the Heer Mortuary & Crematory.
