Stanley W. Grippin, 75, life resident of Morgan County, passed away Saturday, July 10, 2021, at the North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.  He was born March 5, 1946 in Brush to Richard (Wayne) & Esther Mae Grippin.

Stan graduated from Brush High School in 1964.  He later attended The Bailey Technical School in St Louis, MO.

Stan married the love of his life, Dixie Lee Kinnison on March 27, 1964 in Brush.  Together, Stan and Dixie operated the Mac Tool Dealership.  Stan enjoyed cars, especially classic vehicles.

Survivors include his children, Kellie (Dan) Overturf and Gaylon (Lora) Grippin; 1 sister, Jacquelyn Ford; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Dixie; 1 sister, LauraLee May; 2 brothers, Donald and Steve; and his parents.

A memorial service will be held at the Sanctuary west of Fort Morgan at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 31, 2021. Per Stan's wishes, a classic car show will be held in the parking lot of the church. Those attending that have a classic vehicle are encouraged to bring to the service for the car show.  Concluding services & inurnment will be at the Brush Memorial Cemetery.
