Steve Bolinger, 51, longtime Morgan County farmer / rancher passed away Thursday, March 22, 2007. He was born August 4, 1955, in Brush. Following graduation from Brush High School, Steve attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins. On May 27, 1978, he married Barbara Skelley in Johnstown, PS. The Bolinger family has lived in Morgan County since they were married. Steve was very involved at St. Mary's Catholic Church. He was also a member of several water boards, including, the Lower South Platte Water Conservancy District, Jackson Lake Reservoir and Irrigation Company, Morgan Ditch, Fort Morgan Water Company, and the Fort Morgan Reservoir and Irrigation Company; and Bunker Hill Country Club. Survivors include his wife, Barbara, of Fort Morgan, 3 sons, Peter and Luke of Brush, and Adam of Fort Collins; his Mother, Iva Bolinger of Fort Morgan; 3 sister, Pam Segelke of Frisco, CO, Robin Prentiss of Sedona, AZ, and Debbie Gribble of Estes Park, CO; and 2 brothers, Mike Bolinger of Akron, CO, and Larry Bolinger of Fort Lupton, CO. Rosary & Vigil service will be Sunday, March 25, 2007, at 7:00 PM at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Brush. Funeral Mass will be Monday, March 26, 2007, at 10:30 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 340 Stanford Street in Brush. Interment will follow in the Brush Memorial Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be given to St. Mary's Catholic Church in Brush.
