Sue Baer, 66, passed away suddenly Friday, July 25, 2008, at her home near Wiggins. She was born April 14, 1942, in Fort Morgan to Harry & Beatrice Krening. Sue has lived in Morgan County most all her life. She graduated from Fort Morgan High School in 1960. On June 19, 1960, she married Raymond R. Baer in Fort Morgan. Sue was a tireless worker in farming and the family business in Wiggins. She was an awesome Mother of 3 sons, and she raised them to be successful businessmen in Colorado. Sue adored her kids and grandkids, and loved to watch all of their sporting events. She loved her dog, Wally. She enjoyed bowling, Central City, walking, pets, gardening and cooking. She will be remembered as one who gave her all to family and friends. Sue was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Survivors include her Mother, Beatrice Krening of Brush; 3 sons, Steve Baer, and his wife, Jennifer and their children, Brandon & Brienna all of Wiggins; Alan Baer, and his wife, Lori, and their children, Brittini & Logan Mauro, Brady & Jordan Baer all of Akron, CO; Tim Baer, and his wife, Mary Beth, and their children, Michael & Matthew all of Parker, CO; her brother, Jim Krening, and his wife, Donna, of Eaton, CO; and 1 niece Ceri Krening of Denver, CO. She was preceded in death by her Husband and her Father. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 30, 2008, at 10:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 800 Sherman in Fort Morgan.
