Sybil Wolf, 89, of Fort Morgan, passed away on Saturday, August, 20, 2011. Sybil was a retired schoolteacher, having taught first grade in the Fort Morgan school district. Sybil did not have any children, and considered her students to be "her kids". She loved to teach. Sybil was involved in her local First Christian Church in many capacities including sunday school teacher, deaconess, librarian, adult bible study teacher and much more. She dearly loved the Lord. She was married to Claude Wolf of Ft. Morgan for 47 years when he passed away in 1998. She is survived by a sister, Bessie Vining, of Port Ewen, NY, a brother, Donald Van de Steeg, of Niceville, Florida; nephews Bill Moore of Denver, Larry Moore of Lincoln, NE, and Bob Moore of Denver, and a niece, Eryn Moore, of Denver. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 29, at 10:30 am at the First Christian Church. Interment will follow in the Memory Gardens Cemetery.
