Theodore Cuyler, 90, of Brush, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2014, at the inpatient hospice unit at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley. He was born August 5, 1923, in Menominee, MI, to Theodore J. & Stella Cuyler. Ted served in the US Navy during WW II. On June 2, 1956, he married Jean Walsh in Oak Park, IL. In 1970 the Cuyler's moved to Brush and purchased Eaves Jewelry Store. Ted was a very meticulous jeweler & clock repairman. Ted was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints, and the NRA. His favorite activity was his work. He also enjoyed spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife, Jean; daughter, Christine Meeneghan of Windsor, CO, his son, Jay Cuyler of Northglenn, CO; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 1 brother, 1 ½ brother & ½ sister, and a step-brother, and his parents. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days in Fort Morgan. The service will conclude at the church.
