~When I'm Gone~

When I come to the end of my journey

And I travel my last weary mile,

Remember only my smile.

Remember the good I've done,

And remember all the fun.

Remember I've fought some hard battles

And won, here at the close of the day.

Then forget to grieve for my going.

I would not have you sad for a day,

But in the summer gather some flowers

And come into the shade of the evening

When the sun paints the sky in the west.

Stand for a few moments thinking of me

And remember only the best.

Greatly loved and missed by his wife, Linda; his children, Jay, Aaron, and Evan; his mother and father, Fred and Mary Weatherbie; and all of his family.
