Timothy "Tim" Perez, 74 passed away peacefully in Sterling Colorado on June 27, 2022 with his family by his side.

He was born on August 22, 1947 in Fort Morgan, Colorado to Jaunita Rodriguez and Glenn Perez. Tim was a long life resident of Fort Morgan and Brush Colorado. Tim married Juanita of Wiggins Colorado, they had three kids, Armando Perez, Dora Perez and Daniel Perez.

Tim was known as a humble and caring person. He loved working on cars, and making models of cars and planes. He loved relaxing and listening to his oldies. His favorite was none other than Elvis Presley. He enjoyed the good and bad outcomes of life and always did what he could for anyone. Tim brought peace to a lot of people he came into contact with during his lifetime.

He is survived by his sons Armando Perez of Fort Morgan, Daniel Perez of Sterling, and daughter Dora Perez of Sterling, grandchildren Rueben Perez of Sterling, Bradyen, Brandon, Bryson of Sterling, siblings Cindy Perez of Fort Morgan, Jerry Perez of Fort Morgan, Tony Perez of  Las Vegas, and five nieces and five nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Jaunita Rodriguez, Glenn Perez, wife Jaunita Perez, sisters Shirley Perez and Sandra Perez.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 6th at 2:00 PM at Platte Valley Baptist Church in Fort Morgan. Inurnment will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
