Todd
Hoffmann
Sep 15, 1962 — Mar 26, 2025
Fort Morgan
It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved father, son, uncle, friend, brother and husband Todd Hoffmann. Todd passed peacefully at the age of 62 in his home in the company of his wife Vicki after a short battle with cancer.
Todd was born in Lyons Kansas September 15, 1962. He grew up in Fort Morgan where he attended Fort Morgan High School and met the love of his life, Vicki Jimenez. He began his work life in the oilfield, spending most of his career as a Roustabout manager for Scheider Energy Services. For the past five years he worked as a Road Grader for the county, a position that he took great pride in as it provided him with great fulfillment. He very much enjoyed working with the special people at Morgan County Road and Bridge who became his family away from home.
Todd was a man of immense humor and creativity. Whether through his art, quick wit, or infectious sense of humor, Todd had the unique ability to bring a smile to everybody around him. You would have likely not left an encounter with him without the crack of a joke or a comical story. He wrote poetry and songs he swore would have made it into the charts. He enjoyed fishing and camping with his family while teaching the little ones how to hook the big ones. He was a talented artist in his spare time as well. Drawing everything from western scenes to detailed oil field equipment. He enjoyed collecting "antiques," making frequent stops at second-hand stores and garage sales.
Todd was welcomed in the afterlife by his mother-in-law, Eloisa Jimenez; his good friend, David Cordova; sister, Tara Hoffmann; brothers-in-law, Richard Jimenez and Jay Legler; and his grandparents Fred & Rachel Hoffmann and Charles & Juanita Babcock.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Vicki; children, Vanessa & Zachary Hoffmann; grandson, Isaiah Rodriguez; brothers-in-law, Joe and Art Jimenez; friend, Barb Cordova; his siblings, Tammy, Tina, Tricia, Troy and Ariana; his mother, Linda Hoffmann, as well as his father, Palmer (Mary) Hoffmann and numerous nieces and nephews who will miss him immensely.
