Trae James White, 17, of Fort Morgan, Colorado died Saturday, July 27, 2013. He was born in Greeley on February 29, 1996. At the time of his death, Trae was looking forward to his junior year at Prairie High School near New Raymer. He loved playing football and participating in track. He was an active member of Prairie FFA and Christ Congregational Church. He loved working with his Dad in the family plumbing business. He also enjoyed his Ag classes, especially Repro. He loved being a cowboy and taking care of his cows on his family's ranch. Survivors include his parents, Monte and Robin White of Fort Morgan; his Grandmothers, Priscilla Kalous of Log Lane Village and Linda White of Fort Morgan; his aunts & uncles, Jim & Teresa Willis, Tim & Lorrie Malone, Kenny and Jamie Herron; numerous cousins including Wade, Caitlin, Landin, Kennedy, Dayton, Keryn, and Molly; his God Family, Dawn, Britney and Brandi Speicher; and many close friends. He was preceded in death by his Grandfathers, Arthur Kalous and James White. To celebrate and honor Trae's life, a funeral service will be held Friday, August 2, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Fort Morgan High School Auditorium in Fort Morgan. Visitation will be Thursday, August 1, 2013 from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Heer Mortuary in Fort Morgan. Memorial gifts may be given to the Trae White Memorial c/o Heer Mortuary, 225 E.
