Trinidad Hernandez Celestino, 89, was born February 11 th , 1934, in Snyder, Co, and passed away Sunday, March 26 th , 2023, at Eben Ezer from his brave battle fighting Alzheimer's and Dementia, surrounded by family.
Trinidad spent his childhood growing up in Hillrose. He met his beloved wife and the mother of his children Manuela Vasquez there. They were married from August 19 th , 1942 to June 14 th , 1999. He later moved his family to Brush, Co. He never met a stranger, every person he met was a friend. He was a very generous man that would do anything for anyone. He loved his family deeply. He was always helping his mom and dad. Trinidad was a funny man with a good sense of humor. He always had a big smile on his face. Trinidad and Manuela loved going to dances and listening to music together. Trinidad loved working on cars. He enjoyed building stock cars and taking them to the races on the weekends with his family.
He is proceeded in death by his parents Hermenegildo and Esther Celestino; Wife, Manuela Celestino; Brother, Robert Celestino; Sisters; Juanita Rivera, Clara Horseman, Henrietta Miranda, Dora Gutierrez, Helen Lopez; and Granddaughter Candice Lopez.
Trinidad is survived by his wife, Arlene Celestino; Daughter, Deborah Rodriguez; Daughter, Esther Lopez; Son, Marcus Celestino; Son, Bernardino (Kelly) Celestino; Daughter, Lola( Gregorio) Garcia; Son, Christopher (Cora) Celestino; Grandchildren; Dominick Rodriguez; Trinidad Rodriguez; Jerome Lopez; April Lopez; Manuela Otto; Jessie Celestino; Kalem Celestino; Ezekiel Celestino; Ruby Celestino; Leonila (Andrew) Rodriguez; Trinidad Celestino; Bronwyn Celestino; Silveano Celestino; Gregory Garcia; Gino Garcia; Oliver Garcia; Christiana Celestino; Jessica Celestino; Alexandria Vance; Elijah Celestino; Nevaeh Celestino; Sisters, Linda Guzman Barbra Bueno; Beatrice Montoya; Theresa Guzman; Dominga Celestino; and Brother, Gilbert (Debbie) Celestino. Along with numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 4 th, from 3-5 PM at the Heer Mortuary in Brush. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will follow at 6:00 PM at Saint Mary's Catholic Church in Brush.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, April 5 th , at 10:30 AM, also at Saint Mary's Church, followed by graveside burial in Brush Memorial Cemetery.
