Vickie Lynn Cross, 70, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2024, at the North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.

Vickie was born September 2, 1953, in Sterling to William & Veldonna (Lackey) Carey. She attended and graduated from Fort Morgan High School. Vickie married Rodney Cross and they had two children, Heather, and Chad.

Vickie enjoyed doing arts and crafts, and she loved the wheat harvest season, but her grandchildren were her pride and joy.

Left to mourn her passing is her son, Chad Cross; her siblings, Johnny Griess (Robyn), Janice Rocha (Ed), and Pete BellenderJr. (Tara); her grandchildren, Levi Cross and Asashia Cross; and nieces, Tabitha, Tiffany, Sommer, and Skylyn.

Vickie was preceded in death by her parents, and her daughter, Heather Cross.

A celebration of life is being planned for a future date.
