Virgil Genus Roberts, 83 of Brush, Colorado peacefully passed away at home on 12/16/2023. Virgil arranged for a direct cremation only.

Virgil was born in Malvern Township in Oneida County, Wisconsin to Irene and Cyrus Roberts. Both parents proceeded him in death along with his older brother, John. He is survived by 4 siblings: Irene, Maxine, Elleck and Cyrus. Virgil is also survived by 4 biological children and 3 children from marriages: Terri, Virgie, Patty, Becky, Michele (Mike), Tammy and Wonetta. He was a loyal father and committed to all of his children. Virgil also leaves behind 18 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and 2 great, great grandchildren.

The family would like to say Thank you to Hospice of the Plains, Harmony Homes and friends who were willing to step up during his end-of-life preparations or needs. We would also like to say thank you for the years of love, care, and friendship he found for his coffee breaks at Home Plate and Drovers. Thank you all for your love, kindness, support, and condolences at this time.
