Obituary


Wanda Mae Kitterman, 95, longtime Fort Morgan area resident, passed away Thursday, December 3, 2020, at the Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, CO.   She was born February 16, 1925 in Elmer, MO to Henry & Hazel Moore.
A graveside memorial service will be Friday, April 16, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Serenity Falls Columbarium in Fort Morgan (at the Riverside Cemetery entrance). A reception will follow the service at Elaine's Place, 17590 County Road T5 in Fort Morgan.

Wanda married Richard Kitterman in Hiawatha, KS. Prior to retirement, Wanda worked as a cook at various local restaurants and was a sales clerk at Gibson Discount Center.  She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing bridge and was a member of many bridge clubs in Fort Morgan.  She was very active at the Fort Morgan Senior Center for over 50 years.

Survivors include her children, Sharon (Elden) Robison and Cheryl Reilly all of Fort Morgan and Robert (Linda) Kitterman of Kuna, ID; 1 brother, Howard (Shirley) Moore of Guyman, OK; 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.  Also survived by a special family friend, Lisa James of Fort Morgan.  She was preceded in death by her husband; 1 son, Richard W. Kitterman; 3 brothers, Raymond, Ellis, and Dean; 2 sisters, Juanita and Ruth; and her parents.
