Wanda Elaine Moseley was born and raised in Yuma, Colorado. She spent almost 21 years working at Wal-Mart as an associate in various departments. Wanda was an active member of Shepherd of the Plains Lutheran Church. Her faith in God was unwavering, a deep, unshakeable conviction that permeated her being.

Those who knew her knew she was a straight shooter. Her words were always direct, and her intentions were clear. She never minced words and always told you how it was. Wanda always prioritized the needs of others. She was a beacon of compassion, consistently putting others before herself. She had a heart of gold and loved fiercely.

Wanda cherished her four children—Doug and Maria Duff, Charles Moseley, and Hilda Daniels—and her grandchild, Ethan Moseley, showering them with love and attention.

In December of 2024, Wanda was diagnosed with cancer. On February 8, 2025, surrounded by the warmth of her loving family, she peacefully passed away.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Hildegard Benedict, her sisters, Ellen and Mary, and her husband, Wayne Moseley.

Her warmth and kindness touched many lives, leaving a void that will be deeply felt.

The funeral service for Wanda will be held at Shepherd of the Plains Lutheran Church in Fort Morgan, Colorado, on Friday, February 21st; all are welcome. The doors will open at 10:00 a.m. for viewing, and services will start at 11:00 a.m. Join us in celebrating the life of an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother, a woman whose love and laughter filled our lives.
