Obituary

Warren "Earl" Fenn passed away on January 7, 2025 at the CommonSpirit St. Elizabeth Hospital in Fort Morgan, Colorado. He was born on May 10, 1957 to Jarvis and June Fenn in Denver, Colorado.

Earl married the love of his life, Mary Diann Ramos in 1974. They were married for 21 years and had three children. They have been friends since the day they met and remained so throughout life.

Earl soon found another true love, farming.  He worked for Castor Farms for many years until he suffered an injury in a serious farming accident. After becoming disabled, Earl made a career change where once again his talents and personality shined. Earl was a peer specialist with Centennial Mental Health for the last 10 years. Being a recovering alcoholic, allowed him to relate to his clients and have sincere empathy for them. He was caring and compassionate and took care of others as if they were his family. Earl was a friend to everyone he met. He was a comical man who always had a dad joke to tell.

Being in nature was where Earl felt most at home. He loved fishing, camping, boating and spending time with his family. He loved going to Red Feather Lakes and he looked forward to the annual 4th of July celebration in the mountains. Earl was a great fisherman and loved teaching his kids and grandkids how to fish.

Earl is survived by Mary Ramos, and his children: Thomas Fenn, Karen Graves (Ron Graves) and Steven Fenn. His sisters: Arlene Greenwood, Crystal Madrid and Linda Russler and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents Jarvis and June Fenn and his brother Waynard Fenn.
