Obituary

Yolanda Lee Eurich, 57, long time Morgan County resident, died unexpectedly January 15, 2022 at Swedish Medical Center. She was born on March 18, 1964 to Martin and Maria (De La Fuente) Morales in Hollis, Oklahoma.

Yolanda's family moved to Colorado when she was a small child, and she graduated high school in Fort Morgan. On June 25, 1983, she married the love of her life, Craig, and the two had one daughter, Mariah. Yolanda worked for the City of Fort Morgan and recently retired after 23 years of serving her community.

Anyone who knew Yolanda, knew that she was kind, loyal, generous and loving, and was rarely seen without a smile on her face. She loved her family deeply, enjoyed dancing, listening to all types of music, traveling and sitting among her mom's flowers, watching the hummingbirds.

Yolanda is survived by her husband, Craig Eurich; daughter, Mariah Eurich; beloved family dog, Tulo; her parents, Juan and Maria Ayala; siblings, Elsa (Rusty) Bourquin, Roseanne (Saul) Torralba, Gilbert (Melissa) Morales and Juan Jr. Ayala. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, Susie Morales, Marty Morales, Ryan Bourquin, Amanda Torralba, Gabriella Morales and Alex Ayala; her father and mother in-law, Vince and Jackie Eurich; brothers in-law, Darren (Lea Lew) Eurich and Blair (Yvonne Orr) Eurich, and many other family members and close friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Martin Morales; her brother, Martin Jr. Morales; an aunt, Petra Gomez; and her grandparents, Mario and Petra De La Fuente.
